Hi.
As some of ya’ll might know, I dabble in a bit of photography here & there. My name is Pete. I am a southern-influenced New Yorker living in San Francisco. I try to approach every day like it’s a gift. This makes for a lot of torn up wrapping paper, but other than the ensuing clean-up time, I can’t complain. I’m an amateur adventurer, usually have my camera on or near my person at all times, & I prefer keeping things low-budget, as you’ll soon see when you look at my photography (Oh, SNAP). I do the flickr thing, but sometimes it can lose those little nuances. Photos get buried too quickly & I forget all about them.
That said, this will be my attempt to a) talk about photography, 2) link to some really cool photography I’ve been digging on, & d) cherry pick out some of the hilights of my own projects & exploits to share (or just set them aside for myself, whatever the case may be). If you find me, I hope you enjoy reading about all this as much as I will enjoy bringing it out.
